I did 75 Hard for 31 days and it was a wild ride. I lost weight, gained muscle, and improved my overall health and fitness. I also increased my energy levels, improved my sleep quality, reduced my stress levels, boosted my self-confidence, developed a stronger sense of discipline and willpower, and learned the importance of consistency and hard work.
