INGREDIENTS :

250 grams all purpose flour ( 8.81 oz )
80 grams chopped walnuts ( 2.82 oz )
75 grams brown sugar ( 2.64 oz )
75 grams sugar ( 2.64 oz )
85 ml melted butter ( cooled ) ( 2.87 fl oz )
130 ml milk ( 4.39 fl oz )
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( 4.92 ml )
1/4 teaspoon salt ( 0.57 grams )
1 teaspoon baking powder ( 4.0 grams )
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon ( 0.76 grams )

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a large bowl add 250 grams all purpose flour, 75 grams sugar
.add 75 grams brown sugar, 1 teaspoon baking powder
.add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon & mix well
.in a bowl beat 2 eggs
.add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 130 ml milk
.add 85 ml melted butter ( cooled ) & mix well
.add wet ingredients to dry ingredients & fold in
.add 60 grams chopped walnuts & fold in
.place batter into buttered baking tin lined with parchment paper
.sprinkle on remaining 20 grams chopped walnuts
.place in preheated oven 180 c / 356 f for 50 to 60 minutes
.leave to cool
