1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® 80% lean ground beef
1 teaspoon canola oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1 1/2 cups finely shredded cabbage
1 small onion, diced (about 1 cup)
1 tube store bought pizza dough (13.8 oz.)
4 slices American cheese

Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef in one even layer, season the top with salt, pepper and paprika. Sear 2 minutes untouched to brown.
Using a heat-proof spatula, chop up beef and stir. Top with cabbage and onion; sear 2 more minutes untouched. Continue chopping up beef, folding in the cabbage and onions; sear 3 more minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Open pizza dough onto a clean surface. Form a 12 by 14-inch rectangle, cut into 4 equal sized rectangles. Place a slice of cheese in the center of each rectangle.
Mound a quarter of the beef mixture on top of each slice of cheese, fold each corner of the dough in to the middle, pinching seams shut with fingers.
Place seam-side-down on sheet pan lined with parchment or nonstick baking mat. Bake 6 minutes, rotate pan 180 degrees and bake 6 more minutes until golden crisp.

1 ½ pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed (about 4 cups)
½ Tablespoon Kosher salt
4 slices bacon
1 ½ cups chopped onions (1 large onion)
freshly ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon minced parsley for garnish

Cover potatoes with water in a medium saucepan. Add salt. Heat over medium heat. As soon a the water starts to boil, remove from heat and drain potatoes.
Cook bacon until crisp in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat, about 10 minutes. Removed from pan; drain on paper towels.
Add onions to skillet; cook until golden brown stirring occasionally, about 15 minutes. Remove onions from skillet with slotted spoon.
Add potatoes to skillet; increase heat to medium-high. Cook, stirring occasionally until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
Return onions to skillet with potatoes; continue cooking over medium-high heat until potatoes are a deep golden brown, about 5 minutes.
Top with crumbled bacon; stir to combine.
If desired, garnish with minced parsley
