Prosecutors say Pentagon leaker was warned several times over mishandling of classified data

Federal prosecutors said in a court filing on Wednesday that Jack Teixeira, the Massachusetts Air National Guardsman charged with leaking classified intelligence documents over social media, had been warned multiple times by his superiors last year. On two occasions, Teixeira was told to stop taking notes and to stop asking specific questions about classified information. A third incident report says a supervisor witnessed Teixeira looking at intelligence not related to his primary duty but did not warn him.
