State of the Construction Industry as of May 2023
1 year ago
6
Chris Work and Jeff Spencer talk about the state of the construction industry as of May, 2023. The guys have a couple of laughs, but also talk some serious business. Jeff says construction in Middle Tennessee is still going strong, but he is seeing a decline in bid invites. Jeff expects there is a seasonal aspect to it, but it is something he is keeping an eye on. As expected, Jeff is seeing more bid invites for apartment complexes, which can be an indication of a declining economy.
