Current Kentucky Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapons CCDW Training Class Video

This is the current Kentucky Carrying Concealed Deadly Weapons training video that all students in Kentucky have to watch when they go through their CCDW class. I am posting this here so that people in Kentucky who choose not to go to the CCDW class can still watch the video and get good information. Or for past students who have taken the class to be able to re-watch the video. It's also helpful for out of state travelers.

Watching this video will not at all count as having watched it for the class if you sign up for a class through me or any other instructor. I will have to be present when this video is being played in class. No exceptions! Otherwise it's a felony for me. No one is cool enough for me to take a felony for them. This also means that other instructors should not be checking you off as having watched the video if you tell them you watched it on my channel. That's a felony for them, too.

When this video is played in class I cannot answer questions about the video. I must refer students to their attorney, assist them with finding the KRS chapter in their student book, or replay a segment of the video for them. That means that I will also not answer any questions about this video in the comments section. In fact I will be turning the comments section off. This video is for educational purposes and I don't want other people posting bad answers in the comments section and then I overlook someone posting a bad answer and don't delete it in time.

Under open records laws in Kentucky this video is subject to open records requests. Therefore there should be no issue with me posting this video. I don't care to hear your opinion on the matter unless you're acting in the official capacity of a Kentucky Staff Attorney. If you are acting in the official capacity of a Staff Attorney, I will give you the contact information for my attorney and you two can argue about it.

Remember, it's your responsibility to attain the knowledge of the laws. Ignorance is not a defense in court.
