Store & Play Multiple Cartridges on Nintendo Switch & Switch OLED?!

One of the things that has made digital gaming so attractive for so many has been the ability to change from one game to another without having to swap out discs or cartridges. It's a time saver, you also don't have to worry about games getting dirty or scratched. But what if you could have a similar convenience factor with a physical cartridge? That's where the team at Unitek is putting the focus on their latest product, designed for the Nintendo Switch and Switch OLED, and in theory, will allow you to Store & Play Multiple Cartridges on your Nintendo Switch & Nintendo Switch OLED

The overall design is pretty ingenious. There appears to be a ribbon cable that plugs into your Nintendo Switch cartridge port, and the other end is connected to, for lack of a better term, a switch cartridge jukebox. Here you insert your cartridges, and everything is simply interfaced into your console. The cartridge interface mounts to the back of your Switch or Switch OLED dock, so you don't have a ton of wires and other garbage just hanging out. It's a pretty ingenious design.

In the end, we will be doing a full-blown unboxing and review of this, but from a conceptual standpoint, I absolutely love it. It looks to be small and compact, easy to use, I'm just really curious to see what the user interface on the Switch display is going to look like. Is it going to show all of the cartridges on the title screen? Do I have to hit a button on the Unitek dock to hot-swap between cartridges? I really hope everything can be done from the Switch menu for Ultimate convenience.
