Daily Study May 16 || Matthew 21 17-22 || Jesus Blights a Fig Tree

A very different kind of, yet just as important of, a teaching from Christ to His apostles. The cursing of the fig tree not only showed the power of faith but also served as a lesson of the power of Christ of those that would be hypocritical. Those that appeared appealing and inviting, which would be cast out and barren because of the words of Christ.
