Fasting Fitness Report

It's been more than 90 days of what we called Fasting Fitness. We did not eat for 12-16 hours per day and during that time of fasting we'd go to the gym and lift weights or work out on the bars during the fasting hours. We wanted to know if we could handle it and if so what the results would be. That's what's in this episode. Along with your wellness reminder and a pattern of history echoing. The pattern never ends and it won't be different this time.
