Betty Boop costume and make-up tutorial. This is Cal O'Ween!

Today we will be re creating the Iconic cartoon flapper , Betty Boop. This classic character originally created by Max Fleisher in 1930 was inspired by 1920's Jazz singer Esther Jones and remains one of America's most beloved characters today.

What I used to create this look...

Light foundation (any)
Ben Nye cream pencils in red and white. (optional) You can use any red or white pencil or even red lipstick on lips.
Black eye pencil (any)
Black liquid liner ( optional )
Black mascara (any)
Light peach or gold eyeshadow (any)
Dark eye shadow (any)
Pink Blush (any)
Elmers glue stick
