Bottom surgery for transitioning from male to transgendered female. This procedure removes the man's testicles and preserves the scrotal skin for future use in another procedure called a Peritoneal Vaginoplasty. This is where they remove the penis and construct a neo vaginal interior passage and exterior cosmetic alterations.
