Before the runoff in Turkey: Was Sunday's election fair? | NewsTime
On May 28, for the first time in its history, Turkey will hold a runoff presidential election. Incumbent President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and his strongest challenger Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu. Voters gave both candidates the most support in yesterday's national election, but neither won a majority.

Ahead of Turkey's May 28 runoff election, we speak with Turkey researcher Seren Selvin Korkmaz and ask her: Were Sunday's elections in Turkey free and fair?
