52 sets of crunches, push ups and bodyweight squats under 40 minutes was the challenge. The number of reps is determined by which card you draw from a classic deck of cards. The 2 jokers are 20 reps!

NGL it was pretty hard lol, Ric Flair used to do this regularly. Try it out!
