Elon Musk's Free Speech Grift EXPOSED After Caving To Turkish Twitter Censorship Demands

Twitter CEO Elon Musk is under fire for complying with censorship requests from the Turkish government. The requests came during the country's recent elections, and they involved restricting access to some content on Twitter.

Writer Matt Yglesias was one of the first to call out Musk for his actions. He tweeted, "Elon Musk is literally bowing down to a dictatorship. I don't want to hear about him talking about free speech ever again."

Wikipedia founder Jimmy Wales also weighed in on the issue. He tweeted, "We stood strong for our principles and fought to the Supreme Court of Turkey and won. This is what it means to treat freedom of expression as a principle rather than a slogan."

Turkish former NBA player Enes Kanter Freedom also criticized Musk for the censorship, saying that he "doesn't want to hear about Musk talking about free speech ever again." Kanter slammed Musk for being a hypocrite. "He claims to be a champion of free speech, but he's willing to censor content in order to appease a dictator."
