"Red incandescent bulbs contain 15-20% the specific bands from red LEDs. If you take into account total output: 250W for incandescent, 10-20W for LED, so one gets 50% more biomodulation from Red incandescent (and cheaper probably, depending on electricity costs in 2022! is an issue).
