Multiple faith groups around Oklahoma are gathering tonight to pray for a stop to executions.

People in attendance are painting a cross red to represent Oklahoma inmates who were executed.

SueZann Bosler, whose father was stabbed to death in 1986, is now painting a cross red.

Bosler fought for 10 years to get her father’s murderer off the death penalty. Her efforts became successful in 1997 when the suspect was given a life sentence.
