Baby Back Ribs Cooked In Under 3 Hours | Weber Smokey Mountain

Cooked some great ribs on the Weber Smokey Mountain. They came out juicy and tender.

Just added some SPG seasoning and some Sweet Mesquite BBQ seasoning. Used some Head Country BBQ sauce about midway through the cook, wrapped in butcher paper, and had an amazing rack of ribs.
