Proof there is no spin of the Earth

Don’t you think the two oceans would eventually mix from the 1000 MPH rotation of the Earth? This is a good example on why gravity is fake, the reason why these oceans don't mix is because of the difference in density between the oceans. Same with things that fall and rise.
