Unboxing old Insull Figure, Practice Dialog attempts at Ventriloquism

The unboxing of an Insull figure from the early 1950’s.
Well the head was made by Leonard Insull Sr. and the body was made by Fred Maher and sold in the US.
He was used by an Evangelist who did Ventriloquism as well as preaching on the road.
The Evangelist has long since passed on and this figure sat in some attic for many years.
I named him “Dexter”.
I have always loved ventriloquism and the “dummy’s” or “figures” especially.
I never studied or really practiced Ventriloquism until recently after attending Vent Haven Convention 2019, in which I signed up the Maher Ventriloquism Studios course modified, updated, and taught by Tom Crowl.
I do 3 dialogs written by Tom Crowl as a practice exercise, which I added to this video after the unboxing portion.

The Unboxing of Dexter, Date: December 2018
The Practice Dialogs with Dexter, Date: August 2019
