Moreover, cultivating a sense of calm and tranquility through Physical, Mental and Emotional Relaxation one can also improve physical symptoms such as pain, fatigue, and insomnia. It is important to note that Relaxation Practices should not be considered a substitute for medical treatment, but rather a complementary practice that can enhance overall well-being and quality of life. In fact, cultivating a sense of calm and tranquility through Shamata and calm abiding practice can be an invaluable tool for those living with chronic illness.
