We have been huge fans of Agilite over the years. I did not like that the Pincer Placard had nothing to attach to it...seemed like wasted space. I also was not a fan of the inability to attach an admin pouch to the K19 and K0 with the Pincer Placard on. If I sat the placard low enough, it would hang off the bottom. Adjust it up so it wouldn't hang off the bottom and the admin pouch would interfere with the magazine draw and reindexing.

This Second Layer Admin Pouch is exactly what I needed. A place that acted as a "catch-all" for the items that didn't neatly fit in my pouches on my carrier. It integrates perfectly with the pincer placard and can attach to other placards if the Velcro orientation is correct.
