Canned peaches 桃罐头

桃子去皮儿,洗净切块儿。放入锅中加入一把冰糖。大火烧开,调成中火至15分钟。整个过程不要翻动,15分钟之后关火自然冷却,准备装瓶。瓶子要做到无水无油。

Canned peaches

Peel the peaches, wash and cut them into pieces. Place in a pot and add a handful of rock sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat and reduce heat to medium until 15 minutes. Do not stir the whole process. After 15 minutes, turn off the heat and let cool naturally, ready for bottling. The bottle should be free of water and oil.
