红烧丸子

三分肥肉七分瘦肉剁碎。加入葱姜末。盐胡椒,面,五香粉,味精,花椒面。料酒,香油,酱油。加入一个鸡蛋。蚝油老抽。加入淀粉搅拌均匀。中小火炸至金黄捞出。
加入姜葱八角,老抽,蚝油。加乳糖一小碗水。大火烧开。放入丸子。中火炖十分钟捞出。
