Joe Biden's Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas claimed on Thursday that “people who arrive at the border without using a lawful pathway will be presumed ineligible for asylum" as the Trump-era Title 42 policy ended Thursday, causing a massive influx of immigrants to surge at the U.S. southern border.
