Billy shares a sad story: a customer named Billie came into the shop and told Billy she has terminal cancer and she shows Billy her stomach, hernia and cancer lump. She pulls up her shirt and shows the cancer. Billy shows her an RV for her to travel on a one-way trip to Arizona to an Indian Reservation so she can be with her people and die in peace.
