SYNOPSIS…
PART 1
Jessica Leia does things a little bit differently for this PART 1 of “Me and My Song”. Oh sure, she’ll take the stage for a bit and clue you in on the biographical details behind the story in this month’s song: “Suburban Sidewalk”. But then, she’s going to interview people about the song itself! Why ever would she do such a thing like that? Well, when the guys in the band keep asking you if the character in your song is a prostitute, you start to get a little concerned that maybe you made the poor girl come across that way when you wrote your lyrics. And since you can’t rely on yourself to be objective about your own song writing, sometimes you just gotta sit some unbiased folks down in a chair and ask ‘em whether or not they think the lady in your song is a whore.
