Vice News joins many other leftist voices condemning CNN for the audacity of giving President Trump a platform from which to speak. After all, if he says stuff we don’t agree with, he should be banished, right?

There’s an odd puritan bent to the modern left. I have some thoughts on why that is, but for now it’s enough to say that the modern left believes that the most moral way to handle political opponents is censorship.

Needless to say, I think this position is arrogant, stupid, and more than a little evil. We discuss this today.
