5 - Maybe Biden, is really a Ukraine Citizen, and is visiting his President.
6 - Maybe it is a distraction to whatever is going on in the US?
7 - Maybe he's tying up some lose ends.
8 - Maybe he's picking up more Hunter Biden, tapes and audio.
