Robert De Niro welcomes seventh child at 79

Robert De Niro confirms he has become a father for the seventh time at 79 years old, breaking the news in an interview with ET Canada about his forthcoming film, About My Father. The Hollywood veteran did not reveal the identity of the mother of his seventh child.

De Niro has six other children from previous relationships with three women. He has won two Oscars for his roles in The Godfather, Part II and Raging Bull, and has also played father figures in films like Meet the Parents, a Bronx Tale, Casino and Silver Linings Playbook.
