Prayer Minister And 5 Kinds Of Healing - Fairhope

Mark 16:17-18 make it clear that every believer has been given some assignments that include healing of some kind. When a believer prays personally for someone to receive healing, they become a prayer minister to the one in need. And, since the prayer minister has no ability in themselves to heal anyone, they are relying of Spiritual Gifts such as the Gifts of Healings (see I Cor 12:9) to flow through them to the person in need.

This teaching provides an introduction to the assignment of prayer minister and then briefly describes the 5 kinds of healing that a prayer minister might expect to pray for. The last kind of healing described, healing of memories, presents a simple process of how to help someone be set free from the guilt, shame, fear, condemnation, unforgiveness, embarrassment, and a host of other destructive emotions that might have gotten stuck to a memory.

Apologies in advance for the relatively poor quality of the audio and video, but it was the best we could do under the circumstances while we were ministering in St Stephen CEC church in Fairhope, AL.
