This is how i started my workout routines. This is a very simple set that i would do whenever i felt like it. BUT THE MOST IMPORTANT THING will be cardio and diet. However, this is an easy way to get into fitnes. Starting small and easy is perfect. It took me months of doing this before i could do more workouts.
