Former Fox News host and pundit rabble-rouser Tucker Carlson announced yesterday in a video tweet that he wasn’t going to be silenced, and that viewers can expect a relaunch of his show. Also, Middle America is saying no to ugly, inefficient wind turbines and solar farms that gouge the landscape, destroy wildlife, and do little for energy production; the National Institutes of Health has reactivated a federal grant to EcoHealth Alliance to investigate the “Risk of Bat Coronavirus Emergence”; Italy’s firebrand conservative nationalist Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni is signaling preparations to withdraw from China’s Belt and Road Initiative; and Chile’s right-wing Republican Party has struck back in special elections to appoint a committee to rewrite the Chilean constitution.
