" what about genetic disease ." Abraham explains, that we cannot move to a higher vibration while looking at something that will clearly bring us down. Now with a strong vibrational stance, which is a practiced vibrational stance in the higher frequencies you can put your gaze anywhere, and still keep your vibrational footing, because you feel the steadiness of your sea legs. Now we cannot practice with the big things, as Abraham explains, we must be proficient in the easier vibrations, so that we may move up, the vibrational scale. But how liz you may ask? Well for example, you know there a family problem, you want to address it but you know it will be a sure fire way of keeping you vibrationally down. But now with new knowledge you have a better understanding, and so you just learned, that you love music and you found new music soundtrack and you listen to it and you allow it to let you soar emotionally! You continue to find other things, as well like love your cat or dog if you have one. Visit with a friend, and you notice that more of your airtime you feel better because you have focused your energy, your airtime. Now... a while later from a higher vibrational stance you can try to go back to the problem but you find out that it's in a better place. What happened? Law of attraction took care of what comes into contact with you, why?
