Agent AMAZED At The Lawn Transformation | SATISFYING RESULT (Part 1)

We got a call from a listing Agent about a home needing some serious yard cleanup. The yard is surrounded by trees that have dropped leaves and other debris into the yard. I went out first to look at the property. She was in desperate need of a yard makeover.

Like in my fashion, I usually just quickly glance over what I believe needs to be done and go back to the office and write up an estimate. To my surprise, she quickly accepted and asked when it could be done. We got her on schedule for the very next day. Let's just say she was thrilled we could get it done so fast at such an affordable rate.

Upon arriving to actually do the job, it seemed like my eyes were overlooking so many things the first time. It seemed like someone came and dumped a bunch of debris into the yard the night prior. It got worse when I actually started to dump tarp-fulls of debris into the trailer.

I was truly shocked at how much debris I pulled from this small yard. All said and done, the property looked amazing after the cleanup, and I wasn't even done yet. Stay tuned for part 2 for the mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. Have a great day!
