RFK Jr. Vows to End Pharma Ads on TV: A 'Stroke of the Pen' from the President Could Make It Happen

"What the President can do by executive order with a stroke of the pen; he can force FDA to promulgate regulations to remove it [pharma ads on TV]," explained Robert Kennedy Jr.

"We spend $4.3 trillion a year, and we have the worst health outcomes in the top 79 nations."

"And by the way," he added, "pharmaceutical products, drugs, are now the third leading cause of death in this country. So they're not making us healthy."

"We need to go back to the way it was prior to 1997 when you didn't have those ads on TV all the time. It's not good for the American people. I'm going to get rid of it," pledged Mr. Kennedy.
