McCarthy says Biden keeps 'changing' on whether or not he will meet to fix debt crisis

Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) U.S. House Speaker: "I hope it's different than it's been for the last 97 days. You know, on February 1st, I went to see the president, sat down with him, saying we should work on the debt ceiling, so we wouldn't get to this point. Unfortunately, it took him 97 days to finally come back. After that meeting, he tweeted that he would meet with us and hear about the budget, but he kept changing."
