This week, we have the conjunction between Uranus and our Sun in Taurus.

Prepare to be surprised...

So much is unravelling and revealing itself to us within and without. Go with it and allow all the unravelling to occur; you discover and heal so much more of your internal thinking and feeling systems every time you do. Try not to let fear of speaking your truth or speaking uphold you in a place of trying to fit in and receive approval from others; this will lead you only to more frustrating energy. People cannot see or hold space for you, especially when they cannot relate. The most important thing to realise is that just because they cannot see you, hear you, or even agree with you does not make them right and you wrong. It simply means they are not where you are and cannot see because their beliefs oppose you. The remedy here is to allow your truth to rise and process it, noticing who shows up to judge and who shows up to listen because they care enough to see you have much to share and bring once you more beyond the grips of this pain or confusion captivating you.

Ride this very water-shedding moment in your life, stand true to yourself and how far you have come, and know your intent and trust yourself, your insight, and your intuition. You have lived your life, know it better than anyone, and know how far you’re willing to go. Do not fall into the clutches of other words or opinions; this can be highly confusing, especially when trying to heal from the deep trauma of being shut down to appease another to keep the peace. Friends can be well-meaning and sincerely wish to help, though they can also become bullish and bully you by trying to shut you down, not allowing you to shed your pain; instead, they block you by telling you you are creating it all because you are talking about it. They believe you must not speak your pain, fearing you will make more. Rubbish, all pain must be expressed in a safe environment of trust, knowing the other will not gossip and talk to others, sharing your trauma with people you have not consented to know. Careful of well-meaning friends who love to gossip and share your secrets with others even if you know those people; it's still gossiping if they have not asked you if they could share your information.

Love is about being able to trust! Care is about being able to trust; if people gossip about you, they do not care about your privacy.

Uranus will bring forward to truth of all things to do with you and your body and your place on this earth; it's in Taurus the sign of Earth and resources and your body truth. If you push things down, your body will certainly let you see your truth through illness, excess weight, inability to m love with ease, feeling stuck and unable to be organised, sore throats, blockages in digestion, difficulty going to the bathroom and eliminating etc., look after yourself by allowing yourself to fully feel your body truth, the body doesn’t lie! Ever! It shows you exactly, inside and out, how you treat it and what you think and feel. Even if you choose not to utter the words, they still live in you and come out sideways; what you don't speak to dissolve or resolve, you will carry on your body, like it or not. Just because you block the words doesn’t mean you’ve dealt with the problem. Energy is energy ... it must be moved and transmuted, even the uncomfortable stuff, especially the awkward and painful stuff. A fake smile and nicety don’t make it go away.

So get vulnerable and honest, straightforward transmuting, allowing it all to fully transform you. Let go of those who choose to suppress and judge, remaining stuck in beliefs that may not be entirely true, especially for you.

Uranus the shocking truth will set you free!
