In today's Artist Spotlight, Brian talks about a fantastic fast rising hard rock band from Ontario, THE STANDSTILLS! Having just successfully wrapped up a Canadian tour with rock superstars THREE DAYS GRACE and THE WARNING, and with an incredible sound similar to bands such as ALL GOOD THINGS and THE PROTEST, The Standstills are poised to explode upon the rock scene!

Led by husband and wife due Johnny Fox (vocals and guitar) and Renee Couture (drums), The Standstills are also joined by bassist Brendan McMillan. To date, they've released three albums, with the latest being 2022's "Shockwave", released through MNRK Records! Among their phenomenal songs include "Orleans", "Motherlode", "Wild", and Brian's favorite "Get Right"!
