New Pendleton complex taking unique approach to pricing affordable housing

Bennett Point is CMHA's newest development located near downtown in the Pendleton neighborhood. It features views, a fitness center & laundry facility for the entire community, but getting in comes with some requirements: Bennett Point is accepting online applications ONLY for the PBV units. Project-Based Voucher units are those where the subsidy is tied to the unit, not the tenant. Families residing in these units pay 30% of the household’s adjusted gross income.
