Hello, neighbor! My name is John Blevins. I am the pastor of Christ Church Presbyterian. We are a new church in Northwest Knox. We meet Sundays at 9:30 in the morning, 5:00 in the evening, and Wednesday evenings at 6:00. We meet at 5520 Ball Camp Pike behind the Walmart Neighborhood Marketplace on Western Ave.

We are a growing group of folks that love Jesus, His Word, each other, and our neighbors. Here at Christ Church, we are on a mission to glorify and enjoy God as we gather, grow, and go.

We do this through studying and preaching the Bible, praying together, celebrating the Lord's Supper and Baptism, and enjoying community together in everyday life.

At Christ Church, we believe the Bible is the Word of God, that all people being made in the image of God have dignity, and that Jesus saves sinners. That forgiveness is a free gift of God's grace to all who receive Jesus Christ in faith, turning from their sins to love for God.

Everything we do as a church and as individuals is driven by what God says in the Bible. That doesn't mean we are perfect people who have everything together. We don't. It's by God's grace alone that we can do anything, and we know that. So, while we believe the Bible is God's Word, we are not afraid to wrestle with life's tough questions. Christ Church is a community for people who have been faithful Christians by God's grace for decades. And it's a welcoming church for you if you are unsure what to think about religion or have many questions about Christianity. We welcome you if you're cynical towards the church or skeptical of the Bible and its claims.

I am happy to meet with you to talk, or better yet, why don't you come this Sunday and meet the folks here at Christ Church? We may not have all the answers to your questions, but I am confident the God we love and serve does. So please give us the honor of telling you about and introducing you to our Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ. For Jesus alone forgives, comforts, and provides rest to the weary.
