Regular exercise can help improve mood and increase feelings of happiness. When we exercise, our body releases endorphins, which are natural chemicals that can help reduce stress and improve mood. Additionally, exercise can provide a sense of accomplishment and self-confidence, which can also contribute to overall feelings of happiness. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise, such as brisk walking or cycling, most days of the week to experience the mood-boosting benefits of exercise.
