All of us have felt down about selves way in some way or another and often stems from childhood trauma. There so much self dissatisfaction with ourselves, which causes us to change and mutilate ourselves with plastic surgery and more. There is a deep programming of negative self talk and often manifests into serious issues and illnesses such as cancer or depression. Therefore, we have to start valuing ourselves so that those around us can follow our lead. Affirmations are a great way to take care of ourselves and express self love and respect. Working on yourself consistently is what will help you shift into a higher frequency and eventually see the changes in your life.
