Chicago, Black Privilege At It's Finest

Allowing children to destroy property, shoot people, beat people, basically do whatever they want, then no one investigates any of it, is black privilege. Then you get mad when people stereotype black people. Look at these parents who allowed their children to do all this, and none of them will be held accountable.
