If i need it i usually try to make it before i buy it....today i whipped up a new windshield for the Ranger. Some plastic mounting straps from Amazon, a sheet of 1/4” Renovo (recycled Polycarbonate) from Interstate Advanced Materials Sacramento Ca, and a CNC got the job done. No more windchill 🥶 #smd #polaris #ranger #1000 #4 #seater

here is the product i used https://www.interstateplastics.com/Clear-Polycarbonate-Post-consumer-Sheet-POLCER~SH.php?sku=POLCER+SH&vid=20230104004853-7p&dim2=48&dim3=96&thickness=0.220&qty=1&recalculate.x=58&recalculate.y=14

Renovo-MPC™ clear polycarbonate is a tough sheet material with outstanding strength, stiffness, and impact resistance. Made from reclaimed post-consumer and industrial polycarbonate, Renovo-MPC™ is fully sustainable while retaining the properties of general-purpose extruded polycarbonate, including its outstanding optical clarity, high light transmission, and low haze. Renovo-MPC™ is a closed loop material that is lightweight, shatter-resistant, and has a higher impact resistance than glass. Like general-purpose polycarbonate, this material may be thermoformed, sawed, routed, drilled, and is hot and cold bendable.

Renovo-MPC™ is manufactured in the U.S. and may be used toward LEED Materials and Resources credits in some applications.
