CronusMAX's Customer Service is Horrendous - 4 Months & 1 Chargeback Later

The official CronusMAX site, operated by Blue Ridge Electronics, really leaves something to be desired in terms of customer service. This is a long video as it could be looked at as three videos stitched together into one, however this is all a "buyer beware" to anyone looking into upgrading or purchasing a CronusMAX. If their customer service is anything close to a representation of the product being sold then... Eesh, I'd be worried.
