A Frenchman drove his car down a barrier on the Polish border, trying to break into Russia.

The 36-year-old French citizen explained to the Polish border guards who detained him that "in Russia he was planning his future life.

Polish border guards reported that the Frenchman had no documents with a visa, so he was fined $240 and released back to Poland.
