Physical fitness encompasses various components, such as cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition. Cardiovascular endurance refers to the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the muscles during prolonged physical activity. Muscular strength refers to the maximum force a muscle or group of muscles can exert. Muscular endurance is the ability of the muscles to repeatedly perform a particular movement or exercise over a period of time. Flexibility relates to the range of motion around joints and the ability to move freely without discomfort. Body composition refers to the ratio of fat, muscle, and other tissues in the body.
