Quantum Coffee Roasters--Hondouras Medium Washed Bean Review

Short review for local people who want good coffee. In San Antonio, we had some Honduras-sourced beans roasted to a medium level. The coffee came out fantastic, it's a good smooth blend with nothing shocking. The punch from the caffeine isn't too much, but you can tell it has some bold awakening for the imbiber. The finish is pleasant as it doesn't have a bitter bite to it.
