Cook with what you have: chicken, peas and millet

Again one of my recipes that comes "out of the fridge/freezer" and that was not planned. As seasoning I am using a Moroccan mixture of spices a friend one day suggested me to use. It can have many different components (up to 35 I read somewhere).
Here a basic composition you can create yourself:
3 Tbsp. coriander seeds
2 Tbsp. cumin
2 Tbsp. cardamom
1 Tbsp. black pepper
1 Tbsp. curcuma
1 Tbsp. paprica powder
1 Tbsp. ginger powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 Tsp. cloves
1 Tsp. chili
Acutally all these are powdered and mixed.
