Mutton Masala Curry or Mutton Korma Masala is a popular dish in many parts of the world, especially during Eid celebrations. Here's a recipe that you can try at home:

Ingredients:

1 kg mutton (cut into medium-sized pieces)
2 cups sliced onions
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 cup yogurt
1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
Salt (to taste)
Oil (for cooking)
Chopped coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:

Heat oil in a large pan or pressure cooker. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add ginger garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes until the raw smell goes away.

Add mutton pieces and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes until the mutton is browned on all sides.

Add tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the tomato puree is well combined with the mutton.

Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.

Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for 10-15 minutes until the mutton is cooked and tender.

Add garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes until the curry is thick and fragrant.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
